HOW DOES OUTFIT HIRE WORK?

We take the stress out of finding the perfect outfit for your busy social calendar.

Hiring is a cost-effective way to look your best without the high price tag.

We have a range of garments ready to hire and take care of the cleaning post-wear.

Simply book your outfit for a 4-day hire and pick it up within 48 hours of your event.

P.S. Extended hire is available if needed!

We understand it’s a gamble to commit to an outfit without trying it on first.

That’s why we offer the option to try on your outfit before hiring.

Book a try-on and we’ll have EFTPOS available if you decide to proceed. Click the ‘try on’ button (top right) to arrange a time!

We have a 4-day hire policy, if you are unable to pick up or drop your garment back off; Check in with us to see if we can provide delivery service.

WHAT IF MY RETURN DATE FALLS ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?

We want you to enjoy your public holiday for the treat it is!

If your return date falls on a public holiday; Please make sure you have it back to us by 6 pm the following business day.

CANT RETURN ON TIME?

We understand life can get busy. If you can’t meet the return deadline, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you.

If the garment is returned late without prior communication, a late fee will apply (see T&Cs).

We have a strict 4-day hire policy, but if you need help with pick-up or drop-off, reach out to see if we can arrange a delivery service.

CAN I BOOK MY OUTFIT HIRE IN ADVANCE?

Of course!

You are able to send a booking request through and lock in the perfect outfit as early as you like.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DAMAGE MY HIRED OUTFIT

We understand that accidents happen! We are humans, not robots!

It is super important that you let us know ASAP and do not attempt to fix the garment yourself.

We will do our best to restore the garment to its original condition. If we are unable to do this, you may be charged a dry cleaning fee or alteration fee.

If the garment is beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the replacement of outfit.

WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO PAY A LATE FEE?

Look we get it fees SUCK!


But they are necessary to ensure that we can provide a solid Outfit Hire Service.

If a borrower refuses to pay late/damage fees due, we will give 7 days to make this payment in good faith.

If the fee is not paid, the account will be passed on to a debt-collection service.
